The Norfolk Community Foundation, founded in 1986 to support Charities and Not For Profit Organizations that benefit the residents of Norfolk County is very pleased to be chosen by Heartland Insurance and Morison Insurance in support of one of our Charities, Church out Serving. This organization is run by volunteers and is a faith inspired organization that is a community focused care network with a "Heart to Love Our Neighbors" and achieve this by serving in practical ways.
